Boundary Control and Easement Survey <br /> <br />Not to Exceed: The total fee for additional surveys for boundary control and <br />easement surveys, as defined in Section A5. Additional Service Task shall be <br />computed on the basis of the Schedule of Charges but shall not exceed $35,335. If <br />FNI sees the Scope of Services changing so that Additional Services are needed, <br />including but not limited to those services described as Additional Services in <br />Attachment SC, FNI will notify City for City's approval before proceeding.
