Design report for submission to the TNRCC. <br /> <br />1.3.8 Prepare and submit permit applications to TxDOT and Union Pacific to construct the <br />wastewater lines in their respective rights-of-way where applicable, and for applicable <br />bores. Meet with TxDOT to coordinate construction of proposed improvements in <br />TxDOT's right-of-way. Coordinate bore under Union Pacific Railroad Line. <br /> <br />1.3.9. Provide information to the City for the preparation of contract documents and <br />prepare technical specifications for the project. Construction contract documents for the <br />project will be City's standard documents. The technical specifications will be a <br />combination of City of Austin specifications and applicable City specifications. <br /> <br />1.3.10 Prepare final estimate of probable construction cost. <br /> <br />1.3.11. Submit three (3) copies of the completed plans, specifications, cost estimate and <br />contract documents to the City for review and comment. <br /> <br />1.3.12 Incorporate final review comments and finalize documents. <br /> <br />1.3.13 Use its best professional judgment to create documents that comply with applicable <br />construction and development codes, local regulations and ordinances and other federal <br />and state regulations which are known or which should reasonably be known to the <br />Engineer. <br /> <br />1.3.14 Be responsible for the printing and binding of 25 sets of the bid documents at no <br />additional cost to the City. An allowance of $75.00 per bid set for printing has been <br />included in the fee for basic services. These contract documents will include detailed plans <br />and technical specifications required for the Project to be accurately bid and efficiently <br />constructed. <br /> <br />1.3.15 Ensure that no reports, maps, or other documents produced in whole or in part <br />under this Agreement shall be the subject of an application for copyright by or on behalf <br />of the Engineer. <br /> <br />TASK 3 - BIDDING AND CONSTRUCTION ADMINISTRATION <br /> <br />The Construction phase of this Project will commence with the award of the <br />construction contract and will terminate when the Project is accepted by the City.
