<br />Application Instructions <br /> <br />Letter of Intent <br />.-\ll applicants must notify TIF Board in ,vriting of their iment [0 submit an application by October 18,1999. <br />.-.\pplicams must include within the Letter ofIment the Program (A or B) for which they are applying and whether <br />they plan [0 attend TIFTech Training. Please refer [0 Section 2, page I, of the TIF Board Grant Application Guide <br />for information regarding the contem of the Letter of Intent. An example is included in Appendix B of this RFP. <br /> <br />The Authorized Official (see Section 2, page 3 of the Grant Application Guide) must sign the letter of intent. <br />The letter of intent must be postmarked no later than October 18, 1999, and may not be faxed. Applications ,,-ill <br />not be accepted if the letter of intent is not submitted or postmarked by October 18, 1999. The TIF Board <br />recommends that applicants send letters of intent Return Receipt Requested so that applicants can be assured that <br />letters of intent were received in the TIF Board office. Failure to submit a letter of intent will disqualify an <br />application. <br /> <br />Application Instructions <br />The TIF Board application consists of the forms listed below, which are found in the TIF Board Grant Application <br />Guide unless othervvise noted. Please refer to the TIF Board Grant Application Guide for information about <br />completing the forms and submitting a complete application. <br /> <br />Applications are due by 5:00 p.m. on Friday, January 14,2000, and must be in the TIF Board Office by this <br />date (see Section 2, page 2, of the Grant Application Guide for submission policy). The TIF Board reserves <br />the right to disqualify any application that does not meet the stated guidelines for submission. Texas 78701-2698 <br /> <br />Forms <br />The TIF Board Library Enhancement Application consists of the following forms. Please note that Program A <br />and Program B applicants have different form requirements. The TIF Board Grant Application Guide <br />describes these forms in detail. The forms not included in the TIF Board Grant Application Guide are found in <br />Appendix B of this document.
