<br />agreement, become the property of the Lessor at the expiration of this lease and <br />shall remain and be surrendered with the premises, and Lessee waives all claims for <br />damages to or loss of any property belonging to Lessee that may be in or upon the <br />demised premises. <br /> <br />3. Paragraph 6 of the Agreement is amended to read as follows: <br /> <br />6. Water and Sewer. Lessee is responsible for extending water and wastewater <br />service to any and all structures on Tract 2.
