<br />ARTICLE IV <br />Signs <br /> <br />4.1 Lessee shall not, without Lessor's prior written consent (a) make any changes to any <br />Building/Hangar or (b) install any exterior lighting, shades or awnings, or any exterior <br />decorations or paintings or (c) erect, install or change any signs, window or door lettering, <br />placards, decorations, or advertising media of any type which can be viewed from the Leased <br />Premises. Lessor shall not unreasonably withhold consent to any of these items. <br /> <br />ARTICLE V <br />Insurance and Indemnity <br /> <br />5.1 Lessee shall, at its own expense, purchase, maintain and keep in force insurance as set <br />forth in the Minimum Standards, and as will protect Lessee from claims set forth below which <br />may arise out of or result from any operations at the Airport, whether the operations be by <br />Lessee or by any subcontractor or by anyone directly employed by Lessee or by anyone for <br />whose acts Lessee or any subcontractor may be liable. <br /> <br />A. Insurance as will protect Lessee from claims under statutory Workmen's <br />Compensation laws, disability laws or other employee benefit laws and will fulfill the <br />requirements of the jurisdiction in which the work is to be performed. Insurance will be <br />amended to provide coverage for multiple jurisdictions and other indicated coverages as may <br />be applicable. <br /> <br />B. Insurance as will protect Lessee from claims from damages because of bodily injury, <br />personal injury, sickness, disease to death with minimum limits of liability of not less than <br />$500,000.00 aggregate. <br /> <br />C. Insurance as will protect Lessee from claims for damages for injury to or destruction <br />of tangible property of others, including loss of use. Coverage shall include Board Form <br />Property Damage and removal of XCU exclusions. The minimum limits of liability shall be <br />$500,000.00 per occurrence and $500,000.00 aggregate. <br /> <br />D. Insurance as will protect Lessee from claims for damages arising our of the <br />maintenance, operations, or use of any owned, non-owned or hired vehicle or aircraft. <br />Minimum limits of liability for bodily injury and property damage combined shall be not less <br />than $500,000.00 each occurrence. <br /> <br />E. An Excess Liability Policy with minimum limits of $1,000,000.00 and follows in form <br />with the primary coverage. <br /> <br />F. All of the insurance required shall be amended to afford coverage for: <br />Products Liability and Completed Operations Coverage specifically covering the entire repair <br />and fueling operation. Blanket Board Form Contractual Liability specifically covering the <br />indemnification assumed by Lessee under this Lease. <br /> <br />G. Insurance required by this section shall be written so that Lessor will be notified in <br />writing, in the event of cancellation, restrictive amendment or non-renewal at least thirty (30) <br />days prior to the action. Certificated of Insurance shall be filed with Lessor prior to the <br /> <br />3 <br />
