Mr. Mihalkanin requested the City Attorney look at other City's <br />ordinances and state statute and provide the Council with the following information: 1) Wheel <br />lift requirements, 2) tow fee from parking lots, 3) warning from the tow companies to the drivers <br />and 4) payment method of services. Council directed Mr. Gilley to receive input from the <br />Downtown Association, Main Street Advisory Board and the Wrecker Companies on developing <br />ways to address this issue. (2), (4), and (9), adoption of Resolutions, and 7.E. approval to change the <br />Council's Regular Meeting date in March, to be considered separately.
