PHASE I PRELIMINARY DESIGN AND REPORT <br /> <br />Upon the City's written authorization to proceed with Phase I PreliminaIy Design and Report, <br />F&N will: <br /> <br />O. PerfonTI Project Management and coordination of activities. <br />1. PerfonTI up to two (2) site visits to the proposed lift station sites and the proposed <br />sewer pipeline alignment. <br />2. Assimilate available data concerning the proposed lift station and proposed sewer <br />pipeline alignment, including: <br />a. Existing City wastewater master plans and engineering reports of the <br />proposed service areas. <br />b. Existing Department of Labor wastewater master plans and engineering <br />reports of the proposed service areas. <br />c. Existing TXDOT, County and City roadway construction dra\\i.ngs and <br />property and right-of-way maps. <br />d. Existing easement maps. <br />c.
