<br />Provide one (1) resident representative an average of eight (8) hours per week. <br />2. Provide general representation services, including: <br />a. Attend one (1) pre-construction conference at City office. <br />b. Interpret the intent of the drawings and technical specifications. <br />c. Perfonn up to four (4) site visits by the project manager or principal in <br />addition to the preconstruction conference of Task C.2.a and the fmal <br />inspection of Task C.2.g. <br />d. Prepare record drawings of the constructed improvements. Provide City with <br />one ( 1) hard copy of the record drawings and provide one (1) electronic copy <br />in Microstation 95 fonnat. <br />e. Review contractor's submittals for confonnance to the contract docwnents. <br />f. Review contractor's shop drav.ings for confonnance to the contract <br />documents. <br />g. Prepare a list of punch list items and perform a final inspection of the <br />completed work. <br />h. Review warranty items documentation. <br />D. ADDITIONAL SERVICES <br />1. Design for environmental mitigation. <br />2. Assist with contested permit hearings, including expert testimony. <br />3. Prepare Environmental Information Document, Environmental Assessment, or <br />Environmental Impact Statement for compliance with the National Environmental <br />Policy Act. <br />4.
