<br />Permit for Storm Water Discharges from Construction Sites, dated September 9, <br />1992). Prepare a Storm Water Pollution Prevention Plan in accordance with the <br />NPDES Baseline General Permit. ENGINEER'S fee is based on the assumption <br />that the permit applications win be processed by the regulatory agencies as <br />routine, uncontested applications with no requirement for public hearings or <br />mitigation plans. Assistance with public hearings, including provision of expert <br />testimony, and preparation of detailed mitigatiQn plans will be provided upon the <br />OWNER'S request as additional services. <br />11. Submit two (2) copies to the City of the draft drawings of Task B.7 and the draft <br />specifications of Task B.8 for City review and comment. <br />12. Provide bid assistance to the City, including: <br />a. Provide twenty (20) sets of final plans. specifications, and bid documents for <br />distribution to bidders, by F&N Austin office. <br />b. Answer bidder's questions. <br />c. Prepare and distribute necessary addendums. <br />d. Attend one (1) pre-bid conference at City office. <br />e. Assess the accuracy of the bids. <br />f. Assess construction capabilities, bidders qualifications and financial status <br />of lowest two (2) bidders and make recommendations to City concerning <br />award of bid. <br />13. City will: <br />a. Coordinate meetings \\1th land o\'mers. <br />b. Conduct pre-bid conference_ <br />c. A.dvertise. recei ve and assess bids. <br />d.
