Provide criteria and coordination of on-site geotechnical field investigation and laboratory testing. 7. Prepare approximately 19 detailed sheets of drawings of the wastewater system improvements designed in Task B.6 to be constructed. Prepare the drawings in Microstation 95, using F&N's standard details and layouts. Plan and profile sheets for force main and gravity line to be doubled on each sheet. 8. Prepare detailed technical specifications of the wastewater system improvements designed in Task B.6 to be constructed. Prepare the technical specifications using F&N's standard master specifications. Prepare the bid documents, contract documents, and general conditions using Citys standard documents as developed for current WWClP improvements. 9. Prepare a final opinion of probable construction cost of the improvements designed in Task B.6 to be constructed. 10. Submit permit applications for construction to: a) TNRCC, b) Railroad, and c) TXDOT, d) Corps of Engineers (nationwide 404 permit), e) Texas General Land Office grant of easement (if Blanco River is State Owned). and f) Environmental Protection Agency (NPDES Baseline General T Of'Fq~Q'O'.
