<br />this Agreement. The City will examine the documents and information submitted by the <br />Engineer and promptly render responses to the Engineer on issues requiring a decision <br />by the City. <br /> <br />2.3 Provide access to and make all necessary provisions for the Engineer to enter <br />public and private property as required for the Engineer to perform its services under this <br />Agreement. <br /> <br />2.4 Provide to the Engineer: <br /> <br />(a) Copies of available Project data and reports. <br />(b) Available topographic mapping on computer diskettes. <br />(c) City design criteria. <br />(d) Coordination of meetings with land owners and progress meeting. <br />(e) Estimation of value of wastewater service associated with land acquisition <br />and easements. <br />(f) Identification of Project service areas. <br />(g) Identification of City preferential alternate pipeline alignments and lift <br />station locations for Engineer's study and subsequent selection of <br />final alignment based on analysis and recommendations provided by <br />Engineer. <br />(h) Identification of locations of future service connections. <br />(i) Land and easement acquisition. <br /> <br />2.5 Coordinate meetings with land owners. <br /> <br />2.6 Advertise, receive and assess bids. <br /> <br />2.7 Assess bidders' qualifications with respect to insurance and bonds. <br /> <br />2.8 Bear all costs incident to this Article. <br /> <br />ARTICLE 3 <br />CONSTRUCTION COST <br /> <br />3.1 DEFINITION <br /> <br />3.1.1 The construction cost will be the total cost or estimated cost to the City of all <br />elements of the Project designed or specified by the Engineer. <br /> <br />3.1.2 The construction cost will include at current market rates, including a reasonable <br />allowance for overhead and profit, the cost of any equipment which has been designed, <br />specified, selected or specially provided for by the Engineer, except that used materials <br />and equipment will be included as if purchased new for the Project. <br /> <br />3 <br />
