Based upon the previous studies and the input received at this meeting, <br />the final plan will be documented. <br /> <br />TrafIIc CI~lIls1ltion Issoes <br /> <br />During the recomaaisance pbase of the study, observations will be made of critical <br />downtown iIIterseetIOIIs aad one-way streets. A Ibnited number of peak hour turDiD& <br />movement eouats will be completed for use in a preliminAry evaluation of the <br />feasibility of eonvertial from one-way to two-way operation. The study will outline <br />possible eonvenioas and the steps to be taken to effeduate these chauges. <br /> <br />PJVlrinr MSIlDAaement Prnaram <br /> <br />Based upon the foregoing elements of the study a parking management program wiD <br />be produced. This I1IJtnagement plan will include: <br /> <br />. parIdDg Inventory and peak usage; <br />. employee parking needs; <br />. customer parking needs; <br />. student parking management; <br />. parking time limits; <br />. parking enforcement; <br />. parking promotion; <br />. parking signage; and <br />. parking man~gement organization. <br /> <br />In addition to the above elements the parking and Traffic Management Study will <br />address preliminary issues related to the conversion of one-way to two-way streets <br />for Guadalupe Street and LBJ Drive. <br /> <br />3 <br />
