<br />I <br /> <br />I <br /> <br />I <br /> <br />contract is executed. <br /> <br />1.2.2 Assist the City in connection with the City's responsibility for filing documents required <br />for the approval of governmental authorities having jurisdiction over the Project. <br /> <br />1.2.3 Perform general administrative duties associated with the project, including <br />monitoring/reporting, scheduling, general correspondence, office administration, and invoicing, <br />including: <br /> <br />(a) <br />(b) <br />(c) <br /> <br />Prepare and submit monthly progress reports to the City. <br />Prepare and submit bi-weekly interim progress reports to the City. <br />Maintain an "issues list" identifying date issues became known, person <br />responsible for solution, date solution will be provided, and final resolution of the <br />Issue. <br />Participate in meetings with the City including: <br />i. Initial kickoff meeting. <br />ii. Monthly progress meetings. <br />iii. Follow-up meetings, as required. <br />Participate in meetings with other agencies: <br />i. Texas Department of Transportation ("TxDOT") <br />11. Texas Commission on Environmental Quality (TCEQ) <br />111. Natural Resources Conservation Service (NRCS) <br />IV. United States Fish and Wildlife Service (USFWS) <br />v. Texas Historical Commission (THC) <br />VI. Upper San Marcos Watershed Reclamation and Flood Control <br />District (USMWRFCD) <br /> <br />(d) <br /> <br />(e) <br /> <br />1.2.4 Coordinate all design with adjoining Project segments (current in-house TxDOT design <br />and/or City design) to insure consistency and compatibility. <br /> <br />1.2.5 Coordinate with the City to complete the design work in an orderly manner in accordance <br />with the milestone schedule established in "Attachment A". <br /> <br />1.2.6 Prepare monthly reports for submission to the City and all requests for payment. The <br />Engineer will account for charges by CSJ and function code and will bill the City on a monthly <br />basis. <br /> <br />1.2.7 Use GEOP AK and CADD to fully develop any drawings. The Engineer will develop <br />CADD drawings to be compatible with TxDOT standards and will furnish a computer graphics <br />file that will comply with TxDOT Austin District standard practices. <br /> <br />1.2.8 Meet with the City's Project Manager periodically or as needed to update the City on the <br />progress of work. <br /> <br />1.2.9 Head the Project team and coordinate the integration of design, surveying, right of way <br /> <br />3 <br />
