Rotational stability <br />Pavement thickness design for Wonder World Drive and Craddock: <br />Be responsible for contacting utility companies prior to conducting borings. <br />Obtain groundwater measurements in all borings upon completion of <br />drilling and 24 hours after drilling where possible. <br />Open account for water meter per City terms and conditions. <br /> <br />(j) <br /> <br />1.4.4 Perform a drainage and water-quality analysis that will: <br />(a) Quantify and document that project will adversely affect dam operations and <br />performance <br />(b) Engineer will address all NCRS and USMWRFCD issues related to dam <br />including, but not limited, location of bridge columns, erosion control, flow, <br />velocity, and debris. <br />(c) Quantify flow for roadway. <br />(d) Size culvert structures. <br />(e) Design across the NRCS Dam #5 Spillway. <br />(f) Size water-quality facilities. <br />(g) Address issues related to the Edwards Aquifer <br /> <br />1.4.5 Perform a topographic survey using the state-plane coordinate system in accordance with <br />DSR and tie to City's existing right-of-way plats and surveys to include: <br />(a) Tie-in and verify the existing survey control and expand control as needed <br />throughout project limits. Control will be used for design survey. Vertical checks <br />will be determined by trig procedures only, no digital level loops or conventional <br />level loops will be performed. If significant error is found, City will be notified <br />immediately. <br />(b) Recover/stake existing centerline alignment one time at all PC's, PT's and at 50' <br />intervals with 80d nails. <br />(c) Locate the existing/proposed ROW monuments throughout the Project limits. <br />The Engineer's services do not include not include setting additional or missing <br />ROW monuments or performing property boundary work. <br />(d) Obtain cross-sections at 50' intervals and major grade breaks within the limits of <br />the proposed northerly ROW line and the proposed southerly ROW line of <br />proposed Wonder World Drive. In addition, the limits along RM 12 will extend <br />from existing/proposed ROW to ROW line from Sta. 10+00 shown on the <br />schematic southeasterly to it's intersection with the proposed ROW of Wonder <br />World Drive and again from existing RM 12 PC Station 633+05.70 northwesterly <br />to it's intersection with the proposed ROW of Wonder World Drive. Collect <br />major grade-break lines necessary to produce a one-foot interval contour digital- <br />terrain model ("DTM"), as well as any visible improvements. <br />(e) Locate and tag all hardwood trees 8 inches in diameter and greater within the <br />proposed ROW of Wonder World Drive. Provide the list including tag numbers, <br />species type and diameter to the City.
