The Project will <br />include a drainage master plan for the City of San Marcos. <br /> <br />FEMA published the Hays County Flood Insurance Study and <br />FIRM's based on a datum adjustment from NGVD 1929 to NAVD <br />1988. No public meetings or appeals period was initiated because <br />base flood elevations and floodplain boundaries are unchanged on <br />the new FIRM's. <br /> <br />FEMA review comments of the Hays County Mitigation Plan dated <br />July 8, 2005 were received by Halff Associates (Planning <br />Consultant) which resulted to additional Plan revisions and <br />resubmittal of the Plan to TxDEM. <br /> <br /> <br />I <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />Hays Count)', Texas <br />Mitigation Plan <br />20 <br />
