<br />Other -- The track will not be built to city or county road standards. No public maintenance of <br />the track will be requested and the track will not be considered a public or private road, No bond <br />or fiscal guarantee will be required in connection to the construction of the track. <br /> <br />B. Project Operating Standards <br /> <br />1. Driving on the track will only be permitted after 8:00 a,m and before the earlier of <br />one half hour (1/2 hour) prior to sun set or 8:30 p.m.. Maintenance, meetings, classroom <br />functions or other events not involving driving on the track may occur before or after the times <br />specified in the prior sentence, so long as otherwise in compliance with this Agreement. There <br />will be no lighting of the track. Security lighting around buildings, parking areas and pit areas <br />will be permitted. <br /> <br />2. All vehicles on the track must be state inspected and comply with state insurance <br />requirements, <br /> <br />3, No spectator grandstands will be constructed. <br /> <br />4. No sale or consumption of alcohol will be permitted. <br /> <br />5. There will be no above ground or underground storage tanks; gasoline, motor oil <br />and other hazardous substances may not be stored on the Property other than in de minimus <br />amounts that would not require reporting to a state agency in the event of a spill or discharge. <br /> <br />13 <br /> <br />Execution Version: 082306 <br />
