(8 11) Washing of impervious surfaces is prohibited unless required for health <br />and safety use. <br />(3 12) Foundation watering is allowed on any day and at any time. <br />(130) Other non - essential water uses are restricted as follows: <br />a. Restaurants are allowed to serve water only upon specific request <br />by the customer. <br />b. All reasonable efforts shall be undertaken to reduce other non- <br />essential water uses. <br />Section 86.061. Stage 2 water use allowances and restrictions. <br />The following measures are in effect for any period when stage 2 of the drought <br />response plan has been implemented: <br />(1) Waste of water is prohibited. <br />(2) Irrigation with hose -end sprinklers and automatic sprinkler irrigation <br />systems is allowed only one day per week on the designated weekday <br />between the hours of midnight 6.00 a.m. to 10 a.m. and 8:00 p.m. to <br />midnight. <br />(3) Irrigation with h.,n.l held bucket, hand hold hoOe, soaker hose and drip <br />irrigation system is allowed on any day before 10 a.m. and /or after 8 p.m. <br />(4) Irrigation with hand -held bucket or hand -held hose is allowed on any day <br />before 10 a.m. and /or after 8 p.m. <br />(45) Irrigation of golf courses and; athletic fields and eommer-eial efies is <br />restricted as follows: <br />a.
