b. Irrigation of in -play areas shall follow general Stage 2 irrigation <br />restrictions unless an irrigation conservation plan has been <br />submitted and approved by the director. If the general irrigation <br />restrictions are being followed, alternative days may be requested <br />to accommodate field usage schedules athletic— fields —with <br />p.m. to midaigM- <br />(6) Irrigation of plants in inventory at commercial nurseries is allowed on any <br />day and at any time. <br />(7) Irrigation of vegetable gardens using hand -held bucket, hand -held hose, <br />soaker hose or drip irrigation is allowed on any day before 10 a.m. and/or <br />after 8 p.m. <br />(�8) Vehicle washing is restricted as follows: <br />a. Charity car washes are prohibited except at a eeftified commercial <br />car wash. <br />b. Non - commercial vehicle washing is allowed only on the <br />designated weekday between the hours of 6iOo —�. to before <br />10:00 a.m. and/or after 8:00 p.m.., to and must be done <br />using a hand -held bucket or hand -held hose equipped with a <br />positive shutoff device. <br />C. Commercial vehicle washing is allowed on any day and at any <br />time. <br />(69) Swimming pools: <br />a. Swimming pools located outdoors must have at least 25 of the <br />to faee area should be covered when not in use to minimize <br />evaporative losses. <br />b. Filling of new swimming pools is prohibited. <br />C. Filling and make -up of existing pools is allowed. <br />
