1.1.15 Acceptance of System. The System will be deemed accepted by the City thirty (30) <br />business days, after the actual installation date, if testing has been completed and the System <br />meets the technical specifications addressed in Section 1.2 and, unless the City notifies the <br />Contractor in writing within such period of any non - conformities. Upon any such notice of <br />nonconformity, the Contractor will promptly correct the non - conformity so that the System <br />meets the specifications of this Agreement or any subsequent purchase. The System will be <br />deemed accepted by the City if all non - conformities have been resolved and remain resolved for <br />an additional thirty calendar (30) days from the date of the correction of the non - conformity. <br />1.1.16 Maintenance: Maintenance services are not included in this Agreement. In the event that <br />the City determines the need for a maintenance /support contract, it will negotiate the details of <br />those services and include those provisions in this Agreement in the form of an Authorization of <br />Change in Services completed in accordance with Section 1.3. <br />1.1.17 Warran1y. The Contractor will provide warranty services for the System, at no additional <br />cost to the City, for a period of five (5) years after the date of the City's acceptance of the <br />System in accordance with the warranty documentation attached as Attachment A. <br />1.2 TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS <br />The Contractor is responsible for these Technical Specifications which are also described <br />in detail in the City's RFP #212 -006 and the Contractor's Response to RFP #212 -006 which are <br />incorporated into this agreement by reference as if detailed verbatim herein. The Contractor <br />will: <br />Sirens: <br />1.2.1 Quantity: Install sufficient fixed sirens (14 T121) units that in accordance with the <br />Contractor's Quote — Attachment C) to provide reasonable coverage across the City. The City <br />reserves the right to purchase additional sirens at any time during the term of this Agreement. <br />The unit cost of the System will apply to any additional quantities, including applicable quantity <br />discounts. <br />1.2.2 Siren Units: <br />a) Include in the System a complete siren unit at each of the System locations. The <br />Contractor certifies that all siren units are the product of one manufacturer which has <br />a reputation of reliability and contain all the equipment necessary to engage the siren. <br />The Contractor ensures that all siren units are capable of start/stop functions from the <br />radio controllers, central control computer(s) and at each location manually. <br />Outdoor Siren Warning System Agreement 6/2012 <br />on <br />
