2. Information on any changes to the Contractor's organization (i.e. assignment, <br />restructure, bankruptcy etc.); <br />3. Schedule of planned updates; <br />4. Implementation timeline that includes major milestones; and <br />5. Participation in a pre- installation and post - installation meeting with the City. <br />c) Prior to beginning construction, provide a detailed implementation plan in Excel 2007 <br />format to include overall schedules including rollout, proposed timeline and proposed <br />resources. <br />d) Provide oversight for all work required to be performed under this Agreement for the <br />duration of the Agreement. <br />1.1.11 Installation: Ensure the installation of all Goods as specified in this Agreement. <br />1.1.12 System Testing and Confi urg ation: Provide for City review and approval of system <br />testing and configuration and execute a plan for testing the System subsequent to initial <br />installation. In addition the Contractor will provide support staff during each testing phase <br />during implementation. Under this task, the Contractor will: <br />a. Test to ensure that the technical requirements are met in accordance with the Section <br />1.2. <br />b. Conduct performance testing at various stages of installation. <br />c. Review all performance notations and resolve errors discovered. <br />1.1.13 Training the Trainers: Upon execution of the Agreement, provide a training plan for City <br />review and approval outlining the training requirements and costs for one training session of five <br />(5) City staff members in the use of the System at a level that will provide them with expertise to <br />train additional staff. All costs associated with training are included in the Contractor's fee. The <br />Contractor will furnish the with City all written materials, computer files, and any audiovisual <br />aids produced by the Contractor to provide System operation training for the City's use in <br />continuing education efforts. All training will be provided prior to and is a condition of System <br />acceptance. The Contractor will provide sign -off sheets for trainees in order to verify <br />completion of training. <br />1.1.14 System Documentation: Upon System acceptance, the Contractor will provide four (4) <br />copies of the schematics, Systems manuals, siren location maps, etc., for all components and <br />programs supplied by the Contractor. A minimum of four (4) compact disks that include all, <br />schematics, System manuals, siren location maps, etc. will be provided to the City <br />Outdoor Siren Warning System Agreement 6/2012 <br />5 <br />
