1.1.9 Maintain an orderl y <br />construction are completed <br />area to its original condition. Take every precaution against damage to property, buildings, <br />apparatus, materials, supplies, and equipment in an orderly fashion at the work site so as not to <br />interfere with work progress of any other City contractors; and will frequently remove all refuse, <br />scrap and debris resulting from installation, activation or warranty services, and leave the <br />premises in a neat and orderly condition. Each site condition will be subject to approval by the <br />City prior to final payment. If, after 24 hours notice by the City, the Contractor has not <br />diligently proceeded with cleanup or repair, then the City will proceed with cleanup and/or repair <br />at the Contractor's expense. The Contractor will not cause or permit any hazardous substance to <br />be placed on or disposed of at any City premise. Hazardous substances includes all pollutants, <br />contaminants, chemicals, waste, or any other carcinogenic, ignitable, corrosive, reactive, toxic or <br />otherwise hazardous substance or waste subject to regulation, control or remediation under <br />applicable environmental laws. The Contractor will obtain permission from the City before <br />performing any work that may require cutting into or through or causing permanent damage to <br />any part of a City building. The Contractor will repair all damages to any structure, including <br />ceiling tiles, as a result of any activity on the part of Contractor's technicians or subcontractors. <br />The City will periodically inspect the successful Contractor's work to ensure that the progress <br />and quality of work completed is in accordance with the contract, and/or to determine <br />compliance with safety, health and environmental standards. <br />and clean work site and will, as soon as the major items of <br />within any section of System installation, immediately restore that <br />Scope of Work: <br />1.1.10 Project Management <br />a) Prior to beginning construction, provide a schedule for the installation of the System <br />that specifies activities to be completed, the amount of time spent per activity per site, <br />and resources required and provided to perform each activity.
