<br />TxDOT Contract No. PT 2005-001-01 <br />26 <br /> <br />ATTACHMENT B <br /> <br />SCOPE OF WORK <br /> <br />This project will consist of the extension of FM 3407 from FM 2439 westward to intersect with <br />RM 12. This project shall consist of a grading, structures, base, surfacing, signing, and <br />pavement. The project also includes an expansion of FM 3407 to 6-lanes from the terminus of <br />the FM 3407 railroad overpass to FM 2439. <br /> <br />The project is approximately 3.1 miles and a limited access facility. The roadway sections <br />shall consist of 4-lanes divided with grass median, 4-lane divided with flush median, 4-lane <br />divided bridge approximately 2520 if in length. The project is a 50 mph design speed with curb <br />and gutter with storm sewer and 6 water quality ponds w/10,000 gallon hazardous material <br />chambers. <br /> <br />The project shall consist of 12-inches of base material with 4-inches of hot mix asphalt. The <br />Right of Way varies between 110ft. on the existing section and up to 280 ft. over the new <br />section. <br /> <br />Attachment B <br /> <br />Page 1 of 1 <br />
