g) Cost of models, special renderings, promotional photography, special process <br />printing, special equipment, special printed reports or publications, maps and <br />documents approved in advance by the Client. <br />h) Fees for additional consultants retained with the approval of the Client. <br />13.3 Compensation for Additional Services of the Consultant will be computed based on the <br />Consultant's standard hourly rates plus reimbursable expenses as detailed above in Section 13.3. <br />The Consultant's hourly rates are as follows: <br />STAFF I — <br />Staff / Drafting <br />$ 35-$45 <br />STAFF II <br />— Staff / Associate <br />$ 50-$70 <br />STAFF III <br />— Associate / Senior Associate <br />$ 75-$95 <br />STAFF IV <br />— Principal / Project Manager <br />$100-$125 <br />STAFF V <br />— Principal / Board of Directors <br />$130-$200 <br />Each of the persons executing this Agreement represents that he or she has full power and <br />authority to execute this Agreement on behalf of the party that person represents.
