1.0.6 Consultant will perform all of its services in coordination with the City. The Consultant <br />will advise the City of data and information the Consultant needs to perform its services and the <br />Consultant will meet with City representatives at mutually convenient times to assemble this data <br />and information. <br />1.0.7 Joseph Cantalupo, AICP, Vice President/Area Manager is the Consultant's Project <br />Representative assigned to this Project. The Consultant will not substitute another representative <br />for this Project unless approved in writing by the City in advance of such proposed substitution. <br />In the event the City and the Consultant cannot agree to the substitution of the Project <br />Representative, the City may terminate this agreement in accordance with Article 7. <br />1.1 TASK 1— PROJECT ADMINISTRATION <br />The Consultant will: <br />1.1.1 Administer this Agreement and its tasks by providing the resources needed for the <br />Consultant team to prepare and submit monthly progress reports and invoicing, perform project <br />coordination, provide sub - consultant monitoring, and prepare project file documentation. <br />1. 1.2 For Task 1, provide the electronically transmitted written progress reports. <br />1.2 TASK 2 - MODIFY THE CAMPO TRAVEL DEMAND MODEL <br />The Consultant will: <br />1.2.1 Refine the CAMPO Travel Demand Model ( "TDM ") to a scale that will allow it to be <br />used to describe existing conditions, forecast future travel demand and identify anticipated <br />transportation system deficiency for San Marcos and its ETJ as well as perform an analysis on <br />two pre - determined alternative growth scenarios. The Consultant will perform the following <br />activities under this task: <br />a) Refine the detail of the CAMPO travel demand model; <br />b) Using land use data and forecasts develop minor refinements to the CAMPO Traffic <br />Analysis Zone ( "TAZ ") structure; <br />c) Submit a draft of the refined TAZ structure for City review; <br />d) Using the CAMPO networks as a starting point, refine and recode highway network <br />and transit route system to reflect changes in the transportation system for use in the <br />travel demand analysis; <br />e) Submit a draft recoded highway network for City review; <br />fj Perform a San Marcos subarea reasonableness check of the refined model for the <br />study area using available count data, the revised zonal structure, and transportation <br />network, and base year model parameters; <br />Parsons Brinckerhoff— Comp Plan 2012 <br />2 <br />
