<br />iU-- <br /> <br />I <br /> <br />I <br /> <br />I <br /> <br />Task 3 - Reporting <br />Reporting. HDR will prepare a technical memorandum ofthe baseline valuation of Maxwell WSC. <br /> <br />Deliverables. To summarize, the HDR Team will provide the City with the following major deliverables <br />from the proposed efforts: <br /> <br />· Eight (8) copies of draft report outlining the initial baseline valuation ofthe Corporation. <br />· Eight (8) copies of a final report that updates and expands upon the Technical Memorandum, <br />reflecting any further changes from the Client Workshop which will be in the format which can <br />be presented to the Maxwell as the basis of an offer, and <br />. A copy of the final electronic Excel-based model developed in the study process. The model will <br />be useful to the City in making changes, given any subsequent negotiations with the Maxwell. <br /> <br />Task 4 - Coordination <br />HDR will provide close coordination with the City of San Marcos and County Line WSC staff through <br />regular phone and e-mail communications. Our budget assumes a total of two workshops and four <br />coordination/negotiation support sessions and one on-site condition of repair assessment by a professional <br />engmeer. <br /> <br />Budget and Schedule <br />HDR estimates a study cost of $35,000, proposed on a time and materials basis, not to be exceed without <br />advance written approval. Any additional services can be provided on a per diem basis, plus reimbursable <br />expenses. Billing would be made per terms of general contract. A detailed budget, with estimated hours <br />for project staff, hourly rates, and other costs is presented below: <br /> <br />Hour and Fee Estimate.
