Mr. Shupe is an active member of A WW A and presently <br />serves on the "Financial Accounting and Management Controls Committee" whose task is to develop a <br />Water Utility Appraisal Standard. <br /> <br />Project Principal - Tony Bagwell <br />Mr. Bagwell has over 25 years international, national, regional, and local experience in utility planning, <br />finance, and valuation studies. He has performed a wide variety of utility rate/fee studies for utilities <br />ranging from several thousand to more than a million customers. He has been involved in numerous <br />stakeholder efforts, has made many presentations to governing bodies, and has offered expert witness <br />services to legislative and regulatory bodies.
