I I I Section 6.3 No Third-Party Beneficiary The RWRDG participants are entering into this Agreement solely for the benefit of themselves and agree that nothing herein shall be construed to confer any right, privilege or benefit on any person or entity other than the parties hereto and their permitted assigns. Section 6.4 Waiver Any waiver at any time by any RWRDG participant with respect to a default or other matter arising in connection with this Agreement shall not be deemed a waiver with respect to any subsequent default or matter. Section 6.5 Captions The captions and headings appearing in this Agreement are inserted merely to facilitate reference and are not to be considered a part of this Agreement and in no way shall they affect the interpretation of any of the provisions of this Agreement. Section 6.6 Severability In the event that any clause or provision of this Agreement shall be held to be invalid by any court of competent jurisdiction, the invalidity of such clause or provision shall not affect any of the remaining provisions of this Agreement.
