<br />I <br /> <br />I <br /> <br />I <br /> <br />'- <br /> <br />Each R WRDG participant shall have the right from time to time and at any time to change its <br />address by giving at least fifteen (15) days written notice to the Administrator. <br /> <br />Section 6.8 <br /> <br />This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement and supercedes all prior agreements, both <br />written and oral, between the RWRDG Participants with respect to the subject matter thereof. <br /> <br />Section 7. Acquisitions, Transfers and Withdrawals East of Cibolo Creek <br /> <br />The Management Council shall promulgate special rules as necessary pertaining to acquisitions <br />of Edwards Aquifer groundwater rights located east of Cibolo Creek and to the acquisition and <br />transfer of Edwards Aquifer groundwater rights from west of the Cibolo Creek for withdrawal <br />east of Cibolo Creek.
