Overlay the property map with the revised "sweet spot" to <br />detennine priorities for pursuing property leases. <br />. Goal: Optimize main pipeline routing based on current Participants. Determine delivery <br />points for Participants. Calculate pipe sizes for lines to each Participant. Optimize <br />routing of main pipeline based on economics. Update the cost estimate to reflect the <br />latest information. <br /> <br />FEE <br /> <br />We will perfonn these services on a lump sum basis of $80,000, inclusive of our geological <br />subconsultant, Thornhill Group. A more detailed fee estimate is attached as Exhibit A. <br /> <br />This proposal shall become a contractual agreement between the parties effecti ve on the date <br />accepted and shall be bound by the same General Tenns and Conditions as the original <br />agreement dated May 19,2004.
