14. Consider approval of Resolution 2012 -75R, approving a Local Proiect Advance <br />Funding Agreement for voluntary local government contributions to transportation <br />improvement proiects between the City and the State of Texas acting through the Texas <br />Department of Transportation for irrigation and landscape maintenance in connection <br />with the Green Ribbon Tree project; authorizing the City Manager to execute this <br />agreement on behalf of the Citv; and declaring an effective date <br />15. Consider approval of Resolution 2012 -76R, approving a Signal Interconnect Agreement <br />between the City of San Marcos and Union Pacific Railroad Company providing for the <br />installation, interconnection and coordination of traffic control devices and signals at the <br />railroad crossing at Post Road and Uhland Road and providing for reimbursement by the <br />City of actual costs incurred by the railroad in the estimated amount of $218,309.00; and <br />declaring an effective date. <br />16. Consider approval of Resolution 2012 -77R, approving an agreement between the City <br />and Espey Consultants, Inc. dba RPS Espey in an amount not to exceed $176,110.00 for the <br />provision of professional engineering services in connection with a Direct Water Reuse <br />Feasibility Study contingent upon the consultant's provision of sufficient insurance in <br />accordance with the attached agreement; authorizing the City Manager to execute this <br />agreement on behalf of the City and declaring an effective date <br />17. Consider approval of Resolution 2012 -78R_ awarding the Indefinite Delivery /Indefinite <br />Ouantitv (IDIO) Master Contract for Electric Distribution Construction to Techline <br />Construction, LLC in the estimated annual amount of $1,633,567.00 contingent upon the <br />bidder's timely submission of sufficient bonds and insurance in accordance with the City's <br />bid documents for the Proiect; authorizing the City Manager to execute the contract <br />documents on behalf of the city and declaring an effective date <br />18. Consider approval of Resolution 2012 -79R_ approving Interlocal Agreement No 12 <br />586 -AM with the Edwards Aquifer Authority for Texas Wild Rice protection and <br />education; authorizing the City Manager to execute this agreement on behalf of the City; <br />and declaring an effective date. <br />19. Consider approval of Resolution 2012 -80R in support of the City of San Marcos <br />becoming the designated recipient for Federal Transit Administration funding for the San <br />Marcos Urbanized area, pursuant to 49 u.s.c Section 5307 (2) (a); authorizing the Citv <br />Manager to file documentation in support of the City achieving designated recipient status, <br />and declaring an effective date. <br />20. Consider approval of Resolution 2012 -81R, approving an agreement between the Citv <br />and Parsons Brinkerhoff in an amount not to exceed $75,748.18 for the provision of <br />professional services in connection with the Transportation Component of the <br />Comprehensive Master Plan Update Proiect upon the Consultant's provision of sufficient <br />insurance in accordance with the attached agreement; authorizing the City Manager to <br />execute this agreement on behalf of the city and declaring an effective date <br />21.
