<br />Minimum Construction Requirement ExD <br />Standard Form, Approved AVP-Law 06/15/2006 <br /> <br />, <br /> <br />BUILDING AMERICA. aI <br /> <br />1.15 CONSTRUCTION AND AS-BUILT SUBMITTALS <br /> <br />A. Submittals are required for construction materials and procedures as outlined below. The submittals shall include all review <br />comments from the Agency and the Engineer of Record. All design submittals shall be stamped and signed by a Professional <br />Engineer registered in the State of Texas <br /> <br />8, The tables below provide UPRR's minimum submittal requirements for the construction items noted. Submittal <br />requirements are in addition to those specified elsewhere in these bid documents. The minimum review times indicated below <br />represent UPRR's requirements only. The Contractor shall allow additional time for the Agency's review time as stated <br />elsewhere in these bid documents. <br /> <br />C. Submittals shall be made by the Agency to the UPRR Manager of Industry and Public Projects unless otherwise directed by <br />the Railroad. Items in Table 1 shall be submitted for both railroad overpass and underpass projects, as applicable. Product information for items <br />noted in Table 2 be submitted to UPRR's Desianated Representative throuah the Aaencv for their own review and <br />approval of the material. The sianed submittal and the Aaencv's review comments will be reviewed bv UPRR or their <br />consultant. If a consultant performs the reviews. the consultant may replv directlv to the Aaencv or its Desianated <br />Representative after consultation with UPRR. Review of the submittals will not be conducted until after review bY the <br />Aaencv or its Desianated Representative.
