T. The CITY shall review floodplain drainage analyses of FEMA regulated <br />floodplains that are submitted in connection with proposed subdivision plats <br />for compliance with Chapter 735 of the Hays County Development <br />Regulations. <br />IV. GENERAL PROVISIONS <br />A. General Administration: Administering this Agreement and the contact <br />person for the COUNTY shall be the Hays County Director of Development <br />Services, or his /her representative. Administering this Agreement and the <br />contact person and representative for the CITY shall be the CITY Manager, or <br />his/her designee. The City hereby designates the City's Assistant City <br />Manager with authority over the City's subdivision planning staff as the <br />designee for purposes of this Agreement. <br />B. Alteration, Amendment or Modification: This Agreement may not be <br />altered, amended, or modified except in a subsequent writing signed by all <br />Parties to this Agreement. No official, agent, employee, or representative of <br />either the COUNTY or the CITY has the authority to alter, amend, or modify <br />the terms of this Agreement, except in accordance with express authority as <br />may be respectively granted by either the Hays County Commissioners Court <br />or the CITY. <br />C. Notice: All notices sent pursuant to this Agreement shall be in writing and <br />must be sent by registered or certified mail, postage prepaid, return receipt <br />requested. <br />(a) Notices sent pursuant to this Agreement shall be sent to the Hays <br />6 <br />
