Hopkins Street <br />San Marcos, TX 78666 <br />(c) To be effective, a copy of any notices sent to the COUNTY shall be <br />sent to the Special Counsel's Office at the following address: <br />Mark Driscol Kennedy (or his successor) <br />A.D.A. -- Chief — Civil Division <br />Hays County, Texas <br />111 E.
