<br />I <br /> <br />I <br /> <br />I <br /> <br />RESOLUTION 2006- 194 R <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN MARCOS, <br />TEXAS, APPROVING AN AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE CITY AND <br />ONLINE INFORMATION SERVICES, INC. DBA ONLINE COLLECTIONS, <br />FOR THE PROVISION OF COLLECTION SERVICES FOR THE UTILITY <br />BILLING DEPARTMENT; AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER TO <br />EXECUTE THIS AGREEMENT ON BEHALF OF THE CITY AND <br />DECLARING AN EFFECTIVE DATE. <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN <br />MARCOS, TEXAS: <br /> <br />PART 1. The terms and conditions of the attached agreement between the City and <br />ONLINE Information Services, Inc. dba ONLINE Collections for the provision of collection <br />services for the Utility Billing Department is approved. <br /> <br />PART 2.
