Harris Computer Corporation of Canada, approval of two <br />Ordinances on second reading, adoption of one Ordinance on third and final <br />reading, adoption of twelve Resolutions, approval of motion for use of <br />Water/Wastewater Utility Fund Contingency Funds in the amount of <br />$40,000.00 for sludge disposal and purchase of treatment chemicals on <br />consensus. The Council removed Item 15, approval of minutes of Regular <br />Meeting held on March 24, 2003, Item 17, approval a motion (1) for use of <br />Water/Wastewater Utility Fund Contingency Funds in the amount of <br />$38,638.00 and (2) for use of Electric Utility Fund Contingency Funds in <br />the amount of $38,638.00 to supplement the purchase of the Utility Billing <br />Customer Information System software, hardware and related professional <br />services from N.
