<br />Mayor Habingreither introduced for consideration reconsideration of a
<br />Zoning Ordinance. The Council did not wish to reconsider this Ordinance.

<br />AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN MARCOS, TEXAS,
<br />AMENDING THE OFFICIAL ZONING MAP OF THE CITY BY REZONING A 20.26 ACRE
<br />TRACT OF PROPERTY LOCATED IN THE 3900 TO 4700 BLOCKS OF STATE HIGHWAY
<br />123 AS "DPR-2" TWO-FAMILY RESTRICTED DWELLING DISTRICT (MEDIUM
<br />DENSITY); INCLUDING PROCEDURAL PROVISIONS; AND PROVIDING FOR
<br />PENALTIES.

<br />Mayor Habingreither introduced for consideration approval of minutes of
<br />the Regular Meeting held March 24, 2003, approval of minutes of the
<br />Special Meeting held April 7, 2003, approval of a motion (1) for use of
<br />Water/Wastewater Utility Fund Contingency Funds in the amount of
<br />$38,638.00, and (2) for use of Electric Utility Fund Contingency Funds in
<br />the amount of $38,638.00 to supplement the purchase of the Utility Billing
<br />Customer Information System software, hardware and related professional
<br />services from N. Harris Computer Corporation of Canada, approval of two
<br />Ordinances on second reading, adoption of one Ordinance on third and final
<br />reading, adoption of twelve Resolutions, approval of motion for use of
<br />Water/Wastewater Utility Fund Contingency Funds in the amount of
<br />$40,000.00 for sludge disposal and purchase of treatment chemicals on
<br />consensus. The Council removed Item 15, approval of minutes of Regular
<br />Meeting held on March 24, 2003, Item 17, approval a motion (1) for use of
<br />Water/Wastewater Utility Fund Contingency Funds in the amount of
<br />$38,638.00 and (2) for use of Electric Utility Fund Contingency Funds in
<br />the amount of $38,638.00 to supplement the purchase of the Utility Billing
<br />Customer Information System software, hardware and related professional

<br />of an Ordinance on second reading, Item 20, adoption of an Ordinance on

<br />Mr. Mayhew moved for approval of minutes of the Special Meeting held April
<br />7, 2003, approval one Ordinance on second reading, and adoption of seven
<br />Resolutions, by consensus, and Ms. Narvaiz seconded the motion, which
<br />passed unanimously (Mr. Mihalkanin abstained from Item 16, approval of
<br />minutes of the Special Meeting held on April 7, 2003, Mayor Habingreither
<br />and Mr. Mihalkanin abstained on Item 20, approval of an Ordinance
<br />regarding Southwest Texas State University.) The captions of the
