The authorized City representatives consist of the following
(the City may revise this list with written notice to Eckmann Groll):

1. Dan O'Leary, City Manager
2. Laurie Anderson, Director of Environment and Engineering
3. Rodney Cobb, Director of Parks and Recreation
4. Andy Quittner, Interim City Attorney

I

When Eckmann Groll receives a service request and quote form, Eckmann Groll will complete the
quote portion of the form and return it to the authorized City representative via email or fax,
generally within five (5) working days. The quote portion of the form will specify the cost of the
services and the time frame within which the services will be completed and (if applicable) the
appraisal report delivered to the City.

If the City wishes to engage Eckmann Groll for the services described on the service request and
