Upon receipt of the completed service request and quote form, Eckmann Groll will proceed to perform/complete the services and (if applicable) deliver the appraisal report to the City in a timely manner. Upon completion of the services and (if applicable) delivery of the completed final appraisal to the City, Eckmann Groll will submit an invoice to the City. The City will pay Eckmann Groll the amount of the invoice within 15 days of receipt. The total cost of all of the Appraisal Services performed by Eckmann Groll under this Agreement will not exceed $50,000.00 without the prior authorization of the City. Eckmann Groll agrees to base its cost for each service assignment on the hourly personnel rates (including reimbursable expenses) as follows: Lynn Eckmann Staff Appraiser Trainee Appraiser $ 125.00/hr $100.00/hr $ 85.00/hr Eckmann Groll agrees to perform all Appraisal Services under this Agreement in accordance with the attached City of San Marcos, Texas Standard Terms and Conditions for Real Property Appraisal Services. The term of this Agreement is for a one-year period beginning on the date of execution by the City. This Agreement will thereafter be renewed by the parties for successive one-year periods unless one of the parties notifies the other that it intends not to renew the Agreement.
