<br />I <br /> <br />In accordance with Article 3, Division 5, the Commission may extend the expiration date of <br />the Preliminary Development Plat for a period not to exceed one year. <br /> <br />***** <br /> <br />Section 1.6.5.7 Expiration and Extension <br /> <br />I <br /> <br />The approval of a Final Subdivision Plat or Final Development Plat application shall remain <br />in effect for a period of two years from the date the application was approved or <br />conditionally approved by the Planning and Zoning Commission, during which period the <br />applicant shall make progress towards completion of submit any required revisions for <br />approval and record the plat (as defined in Section 245.005(c) of the Texas Local <br />Government Code, as amended). If no progress has been made towards completion of the <br />Final Subdivision Plat or Final Development Plat (as defined in Section 245.005(c) of the <br />Texas Local Government Code, as amended) has not been recorded within the two-year <br />period, the Final Subdivision Plat or Final Development Plat approval shall expire and the <br />plat shall be null and void, unless extended in accordance with Article 3, Division 5 of this <br />Chapter 1, shall expire and the plat shall be null and void. If progress is made towards <br />completion of the Final Subdivision Plat or the Final Development Plat (as defined in <br />Section 245.005(c) of the Texas Local Government Code. as amended) during a distinct <br />period of time within the two-year period. but after such distinct period, no further progress <br />is made towards completion of a Final Development Plat for the land subiect to the <br />Preliminary Development Plat (as defined in Section 245.005(c) of the Texas Local <br />Government Code. as amended) for a two-year period. the Preliminary Development Plat <br />approval shall expire and the plat shall be null and void, unless extended in accordance with <br />Article 3, Division 5 of this Chapter 1. <br /> <br />***** <br /> <br />Section 1.6.7.7 Expiration <br /> <br />I <br /> <br />The approval of a Minor Subdivision Plat application shall remain in effect for a period of <br />two efle year~ from the date that the application was approved or conditionally approved by <br />the Director or the Planning and Zoning Commission on appeal, during which period the <br />applicant shall make progress towards completion of submit any required revisions for <br />approval and record the plat (as defined in Section 245.005(c) of the Texas Local <br />Government Code, as amended).
