<br />Section 1.6.3.6 Expiration <br /> <br />The approval of a Preliminary Subdivision Plat application shall remain in effect for a period <br />of two efle year~ from the date the application was approved or conditionally approved by the <br />Planning and Zoning Commission, during which period the applicant shall make progress <br />towards completion of submit and receivc approval for a Final Subdivision Plat for the land <br />subject to the Preliminary Subdivision Plat (as defined in Section 245.005(c) of the Texas <br />Local Government Code, as amended). If no progress is made towards completion of a Final <br />Subdivision Plat for the land subiect to the Preliminary Subdivision Plat (as defined in Section <br />245.005(c) of the Texas Local Government Code, as amended) application has not been <br />approved within the two efle-year period, the Preliminary Subdivision Plat approval shall <br />expire and the plat shall be null and void, unless extended in accordance with Article 3, <br />Division 5 of this Chapter 1, shall cxpirc and the plat shall be null and void. Ifprogress is made <br />towards completion of a Final Subdivision Plat for the land subiect to the Preliminary <br />Subdivision Plat (as defined in Section 245.005(c) ofthe Texas Local Government Code, as <br />amended) during the two year period, but after the progress is made, no further progress is <br />made towards completion of a Final Subdivision Plat for the land subiect to the Preliminary <br />Subdivision Plat (as defined in Section 245.005(c) of the Texas Local Government Code, as <br />amended) for a period of two years, the Preliminary Subdivision Plat approval shall expire and <br />the plat shall be null and void, unless extended in accordance with Article 3, Division 5 ofthis <br />Chapter 1. <br /> <br />***** <br /> <br />Section 1.6.4.6 Expiration and Extension <br /> <br />The approval of a Preliminary Development Plat application shall remain in effect for a period <br />of two efle year~ from the date the application was approved or conditionally approved by the <br />Planning and Zoning Commission, during which period the applicant shall make progress <br />towards completion of submit and receivc approval for a Final Development Plat for the land <br />subject to the Preliminary Development Plat (as defined in Section 245.005(c) of the Texas <br />Local Government Code, as amended).
