<br />I <br /> <br />1.2.7 Report on the status of negotiations and easement terms to the City as directed by the <br />City's representative. <br /> <br />1.2.8 Periodically, as requested by the various City departments report information regarding <br />ownership, contact information, easement negotiation status, and final easement terms and <br />conditions to facilitate the planning and activities of other departments and city contractors. <br /> <br />1.2.9 Construction Compliance: As requested, during project construction, monitor the <br />contractor's compliance with the terms of the easements and/or other agreements obtained from <br />landowners and tenants. <br /> <br />1.3 PROJECT CO-ORDINATION SERVICES <br /> <br />For each project, the Consultant will: <br /> <br />1.3.1 Work with the City assigned Project Manager to facilitate meetings, correspondence, and <br />record keeping. <br /> <br />I <br /> <br />1.3.2 On all projects assume additional duties as directed by the City's project manager to <br />support and facilitate the project manager, city inspectors, other city departments and city <br />contractors in matters related to various City road and utility projects. The City understands that <br />any such assignment shall be limited to ancillary support services only, and the Consultant will <br />not assume any duties of an engineer, inspector or other profession for which the Consultant is <br />not qualified, certified and/or licensed. Be a representative but not an agent of the City in <br />performing its services on the City's behalf, and advise and consult with the City and provide <br />progress reports and advice to the City in writing. <br /> <br />1.3.3 Assist the City in connection with the City's responsibility for filing documents required <br />for the approval of governmental authorities having jurisdiction over the Project. <br /> <br />1.4 ADDITIONAL SERVICES/CHANGE IN SERVICES <br /> <br />1.4.1 The City may direct the Consultant to perform services outside of the scope of the Basic <br />Services described in Sections 1.1 through 1.3 above. The Consultant will submit a written <br />estimate of fees to the City and obtain the City's authorization before initiating any additional <br />servIces. <br /> <br />I <br /> <br />1.4.2 Each material change (deletion or addition) in the services to be provided by Consultant <br />must be authorized by the City on the Authorization of Change in Services form attached to this <br />Agreement as Attachment A. Compensation for additional services will be in addition to that <br />specified for Basic Services in accordance with Section 13.2 of this Agreement.
