1.2.21 Residential solM waste - Solid waste generated by a prodncer at a residentiaI unit.

<br />1.2.22 Residential unit - A room or set of rooms suitable for residential use by a single family, including
<br />a single-family dwelling, townhouse, apartment or condominium unit. A residential unit will be deemed
<br />occupied when either water or electric services am being supplied thereto. A townhouse, fourplex, duplex,
<br />or condominium dwelling, whether of single or multMevel construction, consisting of four or less
<br />contiguous or separate single family dwelling units, will be treated as a residential unit, except that each
<br />single-family dwelling within any such residential trait will be billed separately as a residential unit.
<br />Those residential units served by a container will not be included in this definition.
<br />
<br />1.2.23 Rubbish - Solid waste that is not readily decayable, including wood, wood prodncts, grass cuttings,
<br />plants, leaves, paper, cardboard, clotb, leatber, footwear, ashes, cinders, floor sweepings, glass, mineral or
<br />metallic materials, and all other waste materials other than bulky waste, construction debris, garbage,
<br />hazardous waste, stable matter, tree trimmings or yard waste.

<br />1.2.24 Solid waste - Garbage, rubbish, bulky waste, construction debris, stable matter, tree trimmings
<br />and yard waste.
<br />
<br />1.2.25 Stable matter - Ali manure and other waste matter normally accumulated in or about a stable, or
<br />any animal, livestock, or poultry enclosure, and resulting fi'om tbe keeping of aaimals, poultry or
<br />livestock.
<br />
<br />1.1.26 Unacceptable waste - Any and all waste that is either:
<br />
<br /> A. Waste which is now or in the future prohibited from disposal at a sanitary landfill by state or
<br />federal laws or the regulations promulgated thereunder;
<br />
<br />B. hazardous waste, as defined hereia;
<br />
<br /> C. special waste, as defined by tile laws of the United States or the State of Texas or the
<br />regulations promulgated thereunder;
<br />
<br />D. tires, concrete, and bulk petroleum or chemical products or by-products;
<br />
<br />E. septic tank pumping and grease and grit trap wastes;
<br />
<br /> F. sludge waste, including water supply treatment plant sludges and stabilized and/or unstabilized
<br />sIudges from municipal or industrial wastewater treatment plants;
<br />
<br /> G. medical waste, including infectious or patbological waste from laboratories, research facilities,
<br />and bealth and veterinary facilities, and sharp objects sucb as syringes that are not in a protective sealed
<br />container;
<br /> H. liquid waste, which for the purposes of this Contract means any waste material that is
<br />determined to be or coatain "fi'ee liquid" by the paint filter test (EPA Method 9095);
<br />
<br />1. waste from an industrial process;
<br />
<br />J. waste from a pollution control process;
<br />
<br />K. waste transported in a bulk tanker;
