1.2.5 Revisions to Stormwater Technical Manual and LID /BMP Manual — Prepare a red -line of <br />Section 5 of the City's Stormwater Technical Manual and LID /BMP Manual to include the <br />changes authorized by the City staff from subsections 1.2.2, 1.2.3 and 1.2.3 above. Solicit <br />stakeholder input, address comments and make final revisions. <br />1.2.6 Meetings and resulting deliverables: <br />a) Prepare and provide the City with a technical memorandum that includes an <br />overview of the proposed revisions to the LDC and summarizes the Consultant's <br />findings and recommendations for review and comment by the City. <br />b) Prepare and provide the City with a technical memorandum that includes an overview <br />of the proposed revisions to the Stormwater Technical Manual and summarizes the <br />Consultant's findings and recommendations for review and comment by the City. <br />After the Consultant's receipt of the City's comments the Consultant will be revise <br />the memorandum as necessary to reflect direction from the City. <br />c) Prepare and provide the City with a technical memorandum that includes a discussion <br />of how LID and BMP practices are to be applied in San Marcos with quantitative <br />metrics as necessary and which summarizes the Consultant's findings and <br />recommendations for review and comment by the City. This deliverable may be <br />combined with the deliverable identified in (b). <br />d) Prepare a red -line of Chapter 5 of the LDC and provide the City with a summary <br />memorandum and a Powerpoint presentation of this summary. In addition, host one <br />meeting of the working group of representative stakeholders identified in subsection <br />1.1.1 to solicit input on the draft text. In addition, the Consultant will attend six <br />meetings (including the P &ZC and the City Council) to address comments and <br />questions. <br />e) Prepare a draft of the document identified in subsection 1.2.5 above and host one <br />meeting of the working group of representative stakeholders to gather feedback on the <br />draft text. In addition, the Consultant will attend two meetings with the City and <br />provide a final document that addresses those comments. <br />1.3 TASK 3 — DEVELOPMENT REVIEW <br />The Consultant will: <br />1.3.1 Review site plan applications and proposed development agreements submitted to the <br />City for compatibility with the WQPP as well as for compliance with the objectives of the HCP. <br />In addition, the Consultant will provide written comments to the City for consideration and <br />inclusion with staff comments to the applicants and will attend meetings with the City and <br />applicants as necessary to discuss its comments. <br />1.4 ADDITIONAL SERVICES /CHANGE OR DELAY IN SERVICES <br />1.4.1 The City may direct the Consultant to perform services outside of the scope of the Basic <br />Gleason WQPP 9/12 <br />
