b) Host one meeting of the working group of representative stakeholders to gather <br />feedback on the draft WQPP. <br />c) Host one meeting of the working group of representative stakeholders for review and <br />comment of the final WQPP. <br />1.1.7 Deliverables <br />a) Prepare a project memorandum which, in addition to the deliverables described in the <br />Baseline Plan, will include photos, maps, narrative and tables addressing the scope of <br />work noted above. <br />b) Provide drawings, photos, maps, narrative and tables which describe the selected <br />control measure as described in subsection 1.1.3. <br />1.2 TASK 2 — CODE AND TECHNICAL MANUAL <br />The Consultant will: <br />1.2.1 Review Chanter 5 of the Land Development Code ( "LDC ") — Review and evaluate <br />Chapter 5 of the City LDC, Environmental Regulations. Based on the results of the WQPP <br />exercise and input from stakeholders, identify: <br />a) existing regulations that need clarification; and <br />b) code provisions that should be revised or added for compliance with the HCP. <br />1.2.2 Review the Stormwater Technical Manual — Review the City's Stormwater Technical <br />Manual for consistency with the City's LDC and the HCP with respect to water quality. Suggest <br />changes to comply with the City's current ordinance as well corresponding changes to the <br />findings and recommendations identified in subsection 1.2.1. <br />1.2.3 LID /BMP Manual Review & Literature Search — Research additional LID practices and <br />BMPs for inclusion in the City's Stormwater Technical Manual. This task will include research <br />on the qualitative and quantitative measures used to support particular practices as required <br />under Subsection 5.7.6 of the HCP. <br />1.2.4 Chapter 5 Revisions - Prepare a red -line of Chapter 5 of the LDC to include the changes <br />authorized by City staff. Provide a summary memo (and a PowerPoint presentation) to the <br />Planning and Zoning Commission ( "P &ZC ") of the changes based on direction from the City <br />received under subsection 1.2.1. Attend meetings as needed with the P &ZC to answer questions. <br />Explain the proposed revisions to the City Council and attend a meeting of City Council to <br />obtain approval of the revisions. <br />Gleason WQPP 9/12 <br />4 <br />
