and take action to provide the maintenance. The City will provide routine landscape <br />maintenance in the area of the Tourist Center. <br />4. The Chamber shall maintain commercial general liability insurance <br />with respect to its operations and activities at the Tourist Center, and the Chamber <br />shall provide casualty insurance covering the contents of the Tourist Center. The <br />Chamber shall provide certificates to the City verifying these coverages at the City's <br />request. <br />5. The Chamber shall not make any changes of a permanent nature to <br />the Tourist Center building, or install or remove any permanent fixtures in or <br />from the Tourist Center building, without the written approval of the City. <br />6. The Chamber shall pay all bills for utility services supplied to the <br />Tourist Center. <br />7. The City may, upon request, provide the Chamber with technology <br />support services subject to available resources and personnel. The City may deduct <br />from payments due the Chamber each month under paragraph I. B an amount <br />equal to the charges incurred by the Chamber for such technology support services <br />provided by the City during the previous month. <br />IV. CONVENTION AND VISITOR BUREAU ADVISORY BOARD <br />A. The CVB Advisory Board will monitor the Chamber's performance <br />under this Contract. <br />B. The CVB Advisory Board shall be responsible for developing and making <br />a recommendation to the Chamber Board for approval of the budgets for this Contract <br />and for any extension or renewal of this Contract before the Chamber submits its fiscal <br />year budget to the City Council. The budget shall contain an itemization of proposed <br />expenditures for office space, personnel, equipment, supplies, vehicles, and other <br />5 <br />
