However. if a contract is awarded to PSDI as a result of. or in connection with. the submission of this document, the customer <br /> shall have the right to use or disclose the data contained herein to the extent provided in the contract. <br /> Technical Objective <br /> The objective ot:thìs assignment is to conduct a Site Assessment for implementation of the MAXlMO Computerized <br /> Maintenance Management System for City of San Marccs. <br /> Detailed Requirements and Technical Approach <br /> City of San Marcos has recently purchased MAXIMO. Successfu] implementation of a fully integrated maintenance <br /> management system requires planning and direction. PSDI Consulting Services has experienced consultants capable of <br /> assessing current maintenance practices, identifying implementation requirements, and developing an implementation plan. <br /> To address implementation planning requirements. PSDI shan conduct a Site Assessment and develop an Implementation <br /> Plan. A Site Assessment ìncIudes the following tasks: <br /> Demonstrate the functional modules of MAXIMO and discuss possible applications ofMAXIMO. <br /> Interview key management personnel to determine overall objectives for implementation ofMAXIMO. <br /> Interview department supervisors and maintenance personnel to detemUne curTent maintenance practices. <br /> Develop recommended areas for improvement based on implementation of the necessary MAXIMO modules. <br /> Identify potential data sources for data conversions to reduce data entry. <br /> Identify any systems where interfaces will be necessary such as financial systems. <br /> DeteJ1IÙne overall priorities for implementation including potential areas for significant cost savings. <br /> Draft training requirements based on anticipated use of MAXIMO and the profile of potentia] users. <br /> Based on the data collected during the interviews listed above, PSDI shall prepare a detailed Site Assessment and <br /> Implementation Plan. This document will be organized by major functionaJ area of MAXlMO. It wìll detail existing <br /> practices, areas for improvement, and the application of MAXIMO to address those requirements. Tbe Implementation <br /> Plan will include a typical implementation schedule based on priorities developed by the client. <br /> PSDI shall provide an experienced Senior Consultant to perform this Site Assessment. <br />
