PSDI provides estimates fOT the labor based on <br /> c.1(períence performìng similar work for other customers. These estimates represent the anticipated level of effort required <br /> to meet the technical objective of this statement of work. Due to the nature of the [asks i.nvol\'Cd, these are only estimates. <br /> Additional requirements or infonnation that develop during the performance of the work may cause the level œ effort to <br /> change from these estimates. <br /> Estimated Boon: 80 boun <br /> SIlO per hGur <br /> Coamlting Total: $14,400 <br /> Prices are valid for 90 days after submission of this proposal. <br /> The expenses consultants incur wbile on assignment are the responsibility of the clienl. Expenses shall include travel, <br /> meals and incidentals. hotel ac:amunodations. and rental car or taxi fare. PSDI policies for ttavel expenses include <br /> reimbursement for consultants to return to their home of record evCJY weekend. For assignments covered by this Statement <br /> of Work, PSDI consultants shall be reimbursed a daily rate of $40.00 (US) for meals and incidentals. Lodging and rental <br /> vehicle cbargcs are in addition to the daily rate. Incremental travel costs (i.e, airport parldng. taxi fares, tolls. etc.) are <br /> additional. PSDI sbal1 provide copies of receipts for aU expenditures in excess of 525.00. <br /> PSDI shan schedule the work identified in this proposal at a mutually agreeable time with the customer. Scheduling shall <br /> be done as early as possible. Work cannot commence prior to receipt and acceptance of a purcltase order by PSDI. <br /> Addllional Information <br /> a. It is the responsibility of the customer to make available the personnel required to work with the assigned PSDI <br /> consultant(s) or trainers. Depending on the type of work, this may involve a significant number of people. PSDI <br /> cannot be hdd responsible for schedule delays or work stoppages caused by the inabilit}. of the customer to make the <br /> appropriate persoIIDel available during this project. <br /> b. PSDI employs various consultants, trainers, and other professionals with a wide variety of skiUs. In order to meet all <br /> the requirements of the tasks listed above. PSDI may utilize multiple consultants with different skin sets. Specific <br /> schedules, along with an explanation of these requirements, shall be provided by PSDI in advance of the tasks being <br /> scheduled. <br /> c. An eight (8) hour work day is assumed for scheduling purposes. Each week. the PSDI consultant(s) shall prepare a <br /> weekly time sheet indicating the number of hours worked and the work subjects or tasks completed during the week. <br /> Time sheets shall be submitted to the customer technical representative for signature. The customer, in signing the <br /> time sheets. is validating receipt of acceptable services. Time sheets shaH form the basis for invoicing, <br /> d. Actual bours worked and expeDJes incurred wIll be invoiced. In addition to on-site worle, actual hours may inc]ude <br /> work after hours, off-site. or at the consultant(s) borne or office. <br /> e. Providing an adequate work. space for the PSDI Professional Services representative is the responsibility of the <br /> customer. An adequate work space generally includes a desk. chair, telephone (including modem access), PC and <br /> printer, and access to the PSDI software across the customers' network as needed. <br /> f. Custom applications, inteñaces, programs, and reports developed using PSDI software or other commercially available <br /> software are not supponed by the PSDI Technical Support hot-line. In addition. PSDI cannot guarantee that <br /> customizatioos will work with future releases of PSDI products. The customer is responsible for maintenance of unique <br /> customizations. Assistance is available from PSDI, on a time and expenses basis, to help maintain these produCtS. <br />
