<br /> Section 5. Voting Hours: Period for Early Voting by Personal Appearance. <br /> <br /> (a) On election day the polls shall be open from 7:00 AM. to 7:00 P.M. <br /> (b) The dates and hours for early voting by personal appearance at the Main Early Voting <br /> Polling Place and at the respective Temporary Branch Early Voting Polling Places shall be as set forth <br /> in Exhibit A hereto, <br /> Section 6. Electronic Voting System: Ballots: Central Counting Station. <br /> (a) A punch card electronic voting system shall be used in said election. Said system shall <br /> be used for all early voting as well as for all precinct voting conducted on election day.
