CITY OF SAN MARCOS BOND PROPOSITION NO.3 THE ISSUANCE OF $1,415,000 GENERAL OBLIGATION BONDS, FOR CONSTRUCTING, RECONSTRUCTING AND IMPROVING FURMAN, ALLEN, CL YDE, DELMAR, HAMIL TON, MARL TON AND EARLE STREETS IN THE WESTOVER AREA, INCLUDING THE CONSTRUCTION AND INSTALLATION OF RELATED WATER AND WASTEWATER LINES AND FACILITIES AND DRAINAGE FACILITIES; AND FOR OTHER STREET PROJECTS TO TIffi EXTENT THAT THE PROCEEDS OF SUCH BONDS ARE NOT NEEDED FOR THE FOREGOING PROJECTS CITY OF SAN MARCOS BOND PROPOSITION NO.4 THE ISSUANCE OF $1,210,000 GENERAL OBLIGATION FIRE STATION BONDS (c) The location of the Central Counting Station for said election shall be as set forth on Exhibit A attached hereto. Section 7. Persons Qualified to Vote. AIL resident qualified electors of said City shall be permitted to vote in said election, Section 8. Bilingual Election Materials. The election materials enumerated in Secs. 272.001, et seq., v.T.c.A. Election Code, shall be printed and furnished in both English and Spanish for use at the polling place on election day and for early voting. Section 9. Notice of Election: Notice of Early Voting Schedule. (a) Notice of said election shall be given by posting substantial copies of this Ordinance in both English and Spanish on the bulletin board in the City Hall of said City used for posting notices of meetings of the City Council of said City, on the bulletin board in the Hays County Courthouse used for posting notices of meetings of the Commissioners Court, and at three (3) other places in said City not later than the 21 st day before election day; and substantial copies of this Ordinance in both English and Spanish shall be published on the same day in each of two (2) successive weeks in a newspaper of general circulation in said City, the date of the first publication to be not more than thirty (30) or less than fourteen (14) days prior to the date set for said election.
