<br /> acceptance of the Project by the City, the Consultant warrants that it will correct the <br /> defects, without charge to the City. <br /> 1.1.4 Consultant warrants that all software provided under this Agreement is <br /> merchantable and fit for the purpose of providing live- and taped-rebroadcast programming <br /> of meetings in the City's Council Chambers. <br /> 1.1.5 Consultant will perform all of its services in coordination with the City. The <br /> Consultant will advise the City of data and information the Consultant needs to perform its <br /> services, and the Consultant will meet with City representatives at mutually convenient <br /> times to discuss the Project status and to assemble this data and information. <br /> 1.2 SCOPE OF WORK <br /> The Project will consist of the design, acquisition and implementation of a flexible <br /> and fully functional system capable of clearly capturing meetings held in the City Council <br /> Chambers, including computer generated presentations, and redirecting the live signal <br /> over the existing cable television system as follows: <br /> The Consultant will: <br /> 1.2.1 Design, acquire and install television equipment, including an integrated <br /> presentations system for computer-generated reports and graphics, in the City Council <br /> Chambers that is able to transmit high quality, live signals via a cable line (already <br /> installed) to the local cable television company for live re-transmission of City council <br /> meetings 'and other events taking place in the City Council Chambers. <br /> 1.2.2 Design, acquire and install necessary equipment for a control room to be located <br /> within City Hall or adjacent buildings. <br /> 1.2.3 Install one or more monitors in other offices or conference rooms at the City Hall <br /> complex. Consultant will provide additional monitors as requested by the City as an <br /> additional service. <br /> 1.2.4 Train City staff to operate the System and all other necessary equipment. <br /> 1.2.5 Provide all components of the System necessary to meet the City's objectives. <br /> Components will include high-grade cameras, monitors, editing recorders, character <br /> generators, computers, slide converter, commercial grade VCR control panels, cabling, <br /> electrical requirements, racks mixers, switchers, microphones, layout and all other items <br /> and drawings required for television production and signal transfer. Consultant will provide <br /> lighting components as requested by the City as an additional service. The materials and <br /> components to be provided under this Agreement are identified in Attachment A of this <br /> Agreement. Consultant guarantees that all components of the System are year 2000 <br /> compliant. <br /> 2 <br /> - <br />
