<br /> 1.2.6 Provide a written estimate of staffing and operational costs for the continued <br /> functioning and maintenance of the System. <br /> 1.2.7 Prepare a layout and design identifying how all the components will work and fit <br /> together, including any remodeling necessary for the control room. <br /> 1.2.8 Prepare an implementation plan which identifies measurable milestones including <br /> installation training and trouble shooting. <br /> 1.2.9 After review and approval of all plans by the City, deliver all equipment to the City <br /> and install the System. <br /> 1.2.10 Guarantee that all video originating from this System will be National Television <br /> Standards Committee ("NTSC") compliant and will meet current standards for local <br /> origination of live and taped programs on City access channels as recognized by the cable <br /> system operators. <br /> 1.2.11 Provide training and oversight for four months (including eight televised City Council <br /> meetings) following installation of the System. <br /> 1.2.12 Coordinate implementation of the System with the local cable company. <br /> 1.2.13 Provide guarantees and maintenance service for a period of one year after <br /> completion of installation and City's acceptance of the System, <br /> 1.2.14 Provide recommendation for control room remodeling. <br /> 1.3 ADDITIONAL SERVICES <br /> 1.3.1 Since the Consultant's compensation is a fixed fee for Basic Services, including <br /> minor deviations from those described in this Agreement, compensation to the Consultant <br /> for additional services will only be for substantial deviations from the scope of services <br /> described in this Agreement. The Consultant will submit a written estimate of fees to the <br /> City and obtain the City's authorization before initiating any additional services <br /> 1.3.2 Each material change (deletion or addition) in the services to be provided by <br /> Consultant must be authorized by the City on the Authorization of Change in Services form <br /> attached to this Agreement as Attachment B. Compensation for additional services will be <br /> in addition to that specified for Basic Services in accordance with Article 12 of this <br /> Agreement. The approval of the City's governing body is necessary for all additional <br /> services the compensation for which exceeds $15,000. <br /> 3 <br /> ~ <br />
